General Terms & Conditions – Dua Studio

Dua Studio is the trading name of Illyrian Group BV, company number BE0771.308.465. For any questions, you can contact us at info@duastudio.be.
These terms apply to group classes, class packs, private and duo sessions, studio rental, events and other services offered by Dua Studio.
Booking and payment
Group classes are booked through bsport. Private and duo sessions are scheduled by appointment and subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed once it has been correctly registered and, where applicable, paid.
Current prices, packages and validity periods are stated on bsport, on our website or in the confirmation of your booking.
Single classes and class packs
A single class is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
A 5-class pack is valid for 6 months. A 10- or 20-class pack is valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Class packs and packages are personal and non-transferable.
Unused classes expire at the end of the validity period.
Private and duo sessions
Private and duo sessions are available by appointment and subject to availability.
Each session is adapted to the level and needs of the participant or participants.
The validity period of a package is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Cancellations and no-shows
Group classes, private sessions and duo sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class.
For late cancellations or no-shows, the class will be charged or one credit will be deducted from the class pack or package.
Different cancellation conditions may apply to studio rental, events and tailor-made activities. These will be communicated in advance.
Waiting list
When a class is fully booked, you can join the waiting list through bsport.
If a spot becomes available and is assigned to you, the booking will be treated as a regular reservation. The same cancellation policy will apply from that moment.
Arriving on time
We kindly ask you to arrive on time.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class has started, access may be refused for safety reasons and to avoid disrupting the class. In this case, the class may be considered used.
Changes by Dua Studio
Dua Studio may change or cancel a class due to circumstances such as instructor illness, technical issues, safety concerns or force majeure.
If Dua Studio cancels a class, the used credit will be restored or a suitable alternative will be offered.
The schedule, instructor or class offering may be adjusted when necessary.
Health and safety
Reformer Pilates is a physical activity. Please move within your own abilities and always follow the instructor’s guidance.
Before class, inform the instructor of any relevant injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, pain or other circumstances that may need to be taken into account.
If you are unsure whether participation is suitable for you, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional beforehand.
Our instructors do not provide medical diagnoses or medical advice.
In the studio
Please treat instructors, other participants, the studio and the equipment with respect.
Grip socks are required during all classes.
Use the Reformers and other equipment according to the instructor’s guidance and clean the equipment after use with the products provided.
Food is not permitted in the workout area. A closed water bottle is allowed.
Studio rental and events
The studio can be reserved exclusively upon request for private Reformer Pilates sessions, team buildings, events and other activities agreed in advance.
The price, duration, content, guidance and practical arrangements are determined for each request and confirmed in writing.
A reservation is confirmed once Dua Studio has approved it and any agreed payment has been received.
Personal belongings and liability
Personal belongings are brought into the studio at your own responsibility.
Dua Studio organises its classes and services with due care. Participants remain responsible for informing us of relevant physical limitations, following safety instructions and using the equipment correctly.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Photos and videos
Dua Studio may occasionally take photos or videos for communication, the website and social media.
Recognisable images of clients will only be used when the required consent has been given.
Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Dua Studio’s separate Privacy Policy.
We use bsport for bookings and payments.
Online bookings
Applicable consumer rights remain in effect for online bookings and purchases made through bsport.
Where specific legal exceptions apply to a particular service, these will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.

Questions or complaints can be sent to info@duastudio.be.
We aim to resolve any issues directly and in mutual consultation whenever possible.
Applicable law
These terms and all agreements with Dua Studio are governed by Belgian law.
Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
